SoyZen

SoyZen is a digital wellness platform offering guided exercises, mindfulness resources, and structured programs for physical and mental wellbeing. Built as a scalable web application with a subscription-based monetization model, it serves a LATAM audience seeking accessible, self-directed health content.

1The Challenge

The wellness content market is overcrowded with one-off resources and generic advice. Building a subscription product that retains users past the first 30 days requires a clear value loop: users must experience tangible progress, not just consume content. The additional challenge: serving a LATAM market with variable internet connectivity, diverse device types, and strong price sensitivity around recurring subscriptions.

2The Solution

Shaped the product strategy and experience design to center the platform around structured programs rather than isolated pieces of content — giving users a reason to return and a sense of progression. Content was organized as progressive journeys rather than libraries, so users always know what to do next. Subscription UX including onboarding, paywall, and plan selection was designed to convert trial intent into paid commitment with clear value articulation before the ask. Mobile-first, low-bandwidth delivery with progressive loading and lightweight assets serves users on mid-tier devices. A landing page ecosystem with conversion-optimized entry points per use case (manifestation, wellness, mindfulness) maps to distinct audience segments.
